How am I a positive leader?

Department Head for 5 years at Denair High School leading a program of 3 advisors, 200 members and implementing a program of activities with over 70 major events in a year. Program planning and execution are large strengths. 

2 years Denair Unified Teachers Association Representative for DHS and Negotiations Representative - ability to build relationships with colleagues on campus and respectfully represent them in a sometimes uncomfortable environment - mindset is to support teachers 

Multiple Committees - School Site Council, New Teacher Series Facilitator, Leadership Team Committee, Administration Leadership Series Completer 2023
