The evidence shows the development and analyzation of a SWOT analysis of two school sites. As a staff, it is suggested to create a collective vision that uses multiple measures of data and focuses on equitable access, opportunities, and outcomes for all students.

The evidence is a copy of a School Site Council Meeting where the committee is recognizing the range of family and community perspectives. Where appropriate, I use facilitation skills to assist individuals and groups in reaching consensus on key issues that affect student learning, safety and well-being.

The evidence is represented in a compare and contrast research format to identify two school districts and their evaluation methods for certificated staff. Research includes interviews with Mr. Dan Park and Mrs. Galvez to identify equitable hiring/firing and teacher evaluation practices in a large and medium sized district.

The evidence provided is a Disciplinary Action Plan for a student who is being evaluated for probational status for extracurricular activities. In the document, there is use of goal setting, policy review, and affirmative action.
