The evidence shows the development and analyzation of a SWOT analysis of two school sites. As a staff, it is suggested to create a collective vision that uses multiple measures of data and focuses on equitable access, opportunities, and outcomes for all students.

The evidence identifies continuous support as acting Secretary for the Denair High School School Site Council. Communication areas include improvement to the school grading system, campus safety measures, and planning around prospective electives.

The evidence includes a professional development training for new teachers to the district. Within the presentation, I elaborated on what to expect within Week 1 through 3, Month 1 of beginning in a new district, and navigating through PowerSchool, teacher links, absences, and common site links.

The evidence includes a professional development training for new teachers to the district. Within the presentation, I discuss the district budget updates and address how LCAP goals will measure the site budget for the school.

The evidence includes the communications and implementation plan to provide diversity to the high school. Data and evidence is represented in a research paper identifying Cafacito with Anajanzy Montoya to improve Spanish Culture on Campus - Assignment #2 EDAU 577.

Evidence 2 

The evidence is a copy of a School Site Council Meeting where the committee is  recognizing the range of family and community perspectives. Where appropriate, I use facilitation skills to assist individuals and groups in reaching consensus on key issues that affect student learning, safety and well-being.

Evidence 1

The evidence includes research around ethical treatment and integrity for teacher accountability. The evidence is represented in a compare and contrast research format to identify two school districts and their evaluation methods for certificated staff. Research includes interviews with Mr. Dan Park and Mrs. Galvez to identify equitable hiring/firing and teacher evaluation practices in a large and medium sized district.

Evidence 2 

The evidence provided is a Disciplinary Action Plan for a student who is being evaluated for probational status for extracurricular activities. In the document, there is use of goal setting, policy review, and affirmative action.

The evidence consists of multiple Denair Unified School Districts official Board Meetings. Highlights include: LCAP goals, Multitiered Student Success (MTSS) plans, GANN limits, progress goals, new programs, and a presentation to the board summarizing Agriculture Department successes.
